Tag usage statistics

/api/workspaces/:workspaceId/statistics/advanced/tags

Required API-key permission: STATISTICS_READ — Read sales statistics

Lists every tag with its order-usage count, the number of distinct cocktails carrying it, and its share of period orders. Counts are only computed when both startDate and endDate are supplied. Emits a { data, total } envelope.
