Workspaces & members
A workspace is the container for everything: recipes, ingredients, glasses, menus, calculations, statistics, and the monitor display. Each user can be a member of multiple workspaces.
Create or join a workspace
- Create new: via the workspace picker → New workspace. You automatically become Owner.
- Join: with a join code (generated by a manager) or via a join request that an admin approves.
Roles
| Role | Typically allowed to |
|---|---|
| Owner | everything, including deleting the workspace |
| Admin | manage members & API keys, delete content |
| Manager | create/edit content (cocktails, ingredients, menus, …) |
| User | read, use queue/statistics during service |
Roles are hierarchical: an Owner also has Admin/Manager/User rights.
Settings
Under Manage → Settings you configure translations, price display, statistics options, and more. API keys (for programmatic access) are also found there — see API keys & permissions.
